Anger Management Therapy in Orangeville
Available both virtually throughout Ontario and in person in Orangeville.
Anger can leave you feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and unsure how to respond.
You may find yourself becoming irritated more easily than you'd like, reacting strongly when things don't go as expected, or struggling to calm down after disagreements. Sometimes anger shows up as impulsive reactions or raised voices, while other times it involves withdrawing, shutting down, or feeling frustrated long after a situation has passed.
We work with children, teens, and adults experiencing difficulties with anger, irritability, frustration tolerance, and emotional regulation. Psychotherapy may help you better understand your emotional triggers, develop practical coping strategies, and respond more intentionally to challenging situations. Treatment is always individualized and adapted to each person's unique circumstances and goals.

Movement & Exercise Psychotherapy™ for Anger Management
For some individuals, traditional psychotherapy is the most appropriate approach. Others may benefit from Movement & Exercise Psychotherapy™ (MEP™), which integrates psychotherapy with purposeful movement and exercise. MEP™ may help support emotional regulation, frustration tolerance, body awareness, and the development of healthier responses to stress and anger. Movement-based activities may also provide opportunities to recognize physical signs of emotional escalation and practice coping strategies in real time.
