Traditional & Movement-Based Psychotherapy
for Children,
Teens, and Adults

Services include virtual psychotherapy across Ontario and in-person services in Orangeville, Ontario.

Strength Within Psychotherapy

Welcome, we offer in-person and virtual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults navigating stress, emotional difficulties, life transitions, or challenges with regulation, identity, or connection.

Therapy is grounded in a thoughtful, strengths-based, and relational approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of emotional, cognitive, and embodied experience.

We also offer a unique service developed by our founder called Movement & Exercise Psychotherapy™. MEP™ is an embodied psychotherapy approach that integrates movement and exercise into evidence-based psychotherapy to support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, body awareness, growth, and connection. This approach may be especially helpful for individuals who enjoy an embodied or movement-based approach to therapy, as well as for those who find that “traditional” seated, talk-based psychotherapy can feel limiting or difficult to engage with, and who experience greater grounding, engagement, and insight when movement is integrated into the therapeutic process.

MEP™ is offered in-person in Orangeville, Ontario and virtually across Ontario by a Registered Psychotherapist.

How can we
support you?

Individual Psychotherapy

Sessions are offered virtually and are adapted to each client’s therapeutic goals. I focus on building insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies, while honouring each client’s pace and lived experience.

Movement & Exercise Psychotherapy™

MEP™ is a unique psychotherapy approach that intentionally integrates physical movement and somatic awareness into the therapeutic process.
